Wonderful experience! The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and most rooms had a king size bed. House can hold a lot of people! View of the lake is great and places to dock your boat if you bring one! The pool was fun with more stunning views of the lake! Highly recommend a family vacation here!

The cabin house is spacious, clean and full of amenities. It sits on a hillside with a gorgeous view of Douglass Lake. Any small problems we had were handled quickly by Josh (the courteous property manager). The infinity pool was great along with the access to multiple kayaks. They even had a pontoon boat which we rented for the day. We had 4 families totaling 14 people that included 6 children. The only drawback is that there is no area at all for the kids to play on the property due to the hillside location. Good luck finding a house in the mountains with that. I would definitely use this house again. Great experience!

Nice oasis. 5 houses clustered together. We liked the king size bed, private bathroom, and ample space for our crew of 17. House was very clean. Two refrigerator/freezers in the house, infinity pool, hot tub, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and two motorized boats (for rent) were all very nice amenities. Dollywood and all the shops, restaurants, and activities near Pigeon Forge are about 45 minutes away, give or take. There is a Bushes Baked Beans plant and museum about 15 minutes away though. The drive back to the homes is about a mile long, gravel, and fairly steep near the end. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to friends and family.
