This is the campground that has the largest spaces/sites I have ever seen, all in a beautiful mountain setting. The river at the property is very nice. The owners are super nice, helpful, and went way, way out of their way to help us get located and in the best spot for our desires. Super quiet campground. You will not be disappointed. After traveling around the West for 2 months, this was our final RV Campground of the journey on our way back home to NC. We stayed for 2 nights. What a nice surprise. This is on our #1 top favorite and we will be back for some long weekend trips. Paul & Elizabeth
Enjoyed our stay at Smoky Waters CG. Traveling in a 42’ class A. Gravel sites are level and surrounded by grass. Water pressure is great. 50amp full hook up sites. Campground is located along the river with access for swimming, canoe, kayaks. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this campground!
Beautiful Campground with sites that back right up to the river! OVERSIZED, Very Spacious RV sites. Gorgeous property! Owners/Hosts were so sweet, helpful and accommodating. Location couldn't be any better; Easy, conveniently located to Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and best of all Cades Cove without all the stop lights and congestion!
If we could give this campground a 10 we definitely would. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a beautiful location and walking distance into Townsend. The large sites give you lots of privacy. We will be returning again for sure.
Last minute anniversary trip and we got a site right on the river! This new park puts all others to shame!!! Very well kept grounds, generous full hookup sites, lots on the river and creek. Absolutely prestine water spaces for tents! The owners are precious! Family owned and no doubt will surpass nearby competition. Tell Sheila hello!
