Went here on a weekend trip with wife and daughter. Very wonderful family friendly outdoor experience with beautiful aesthetics. For those looking for a rough, secluded, dirty experience, this isn’t for you. For people who want to cook out doors, look at the stars, and enjoy Japanese camping aesthetics mixed in with some pretty nature. This is for you. The value of this place is amazing. The spa was enjoyable, but I think what really made me enjoy the place was the camp store. It’s nice having a high quality cafe in the middle of the wilderness. The restrooms and showers were superb.

It was an unforgettable experience. The campground perfectly combines the beauty of the outdoors with thoughtful, luxurious amenities. We stayed in a Jyubako Suite, a cozy and minimalist micro-cabin designed with impeccable attention to detail. It came fully furnished with Snow Peak gear, comfortable bedding, and climate control, making it the ideal place to relax after exploring. The highlight of our stay was the Japanese-style Ofuro Spa. Soaking in the hot pool, cooling off in the plunge pool, and unwinding in the Hinoki wood sauna felt like a true retreat. It was a perfect way to recharge and connect with nature. The entire campground was designed to create a peaceful atmosphere, with car-free paths and plenty of open space. Communal areas like the Camp Store and Cafe were welcoming, and the private bathrooms in the Wash House were a real treat for campers. Located on the Long Beach Peninsula, the campfield is close to beaches and trails, offering plenty of opportunities for adventure. But honestly, the relaxing vibe and stunning design of the camp made it hard to leave. Snow Peak Campfield is ideal for those seeking a refined outdoor experience, blending nature with comfort and Japanese-inspired design. We can’t wait to return!

I did a drop-in pass for the spa. Of note, make sure you register online before you go in to ensure they have space. Oops I didn’t. Amenities, location, those are all critical and they nailed it, especially the architectural elements. Yet what makes a great experience (or breaks it) is the staff, truly. Thomas the manager was absolutely fantastic - flexible and considerate. Thank you for finding me in the marketplace and being so welcoming. Staff wonderful as well. The overall time I spent was worth every penny, the spa is lovely, peaceful, simple yet incredibly high-quality.

I had pretty high expectations before coming here. Since we were traveling with a dog and a baby, we decided to pick the suite so we can have a more comfortable "camping" experience. The suite is nice and cozy with a relatively private backyard where you can make a campfire and watch stars at night. If it's just two of us, I'd probably enjoy this experience better. But the kitchen and living room space are really tight for a family of 3 plus a dog. It was hard to cook meals and clean afterward. But I did enjoy the spa which is well equipped with changing rooms, storage baskets, towels, etc. There is a reservation system in place, so not too many people were using the space at the same time. Overall, I'd recommend the suite for coupels or groups of 2. If it's family, this might not be the best value.

Fenomenal facility to relax & unwind. Quite a few options to camp. You can bring your own gear, you can rent one or you can do both. Campfield has bathrooms, showers, sinks to clean dishes, shop with gear and quick access snacks & drinks and even spa. Located 4 min drive from the beach and town with a selection of grocery stores ,restaurants, and coffee houses. Place is arranged a bit differently, and Snow Peak is specifically. Campsites are pretty close to each other, which is great for bonding and opening new relationships. If you are looking for secluded spots and tons of privacy, this place is not for you. I personally enjoyed it a lot and definitely will be back for a few extra days than the last time!

It’s solid 9/10 of this place in general. In short, this glamping site is in my must-come-back list for reasons. The Japanese theme cabins and buildings are designed by architectural master. The aesthetics stand out from the camp sites in PNW area. Beyond that, Snow Peak is a well-known brand which always hit the sweet spot of my heart, it is rare to see a comp of prestigious architect and high-end camping brand. Sauna, hot tub and cold plunge are main features of this campfied for sure, the whole structure is blended in with landscape smoothly. I was also impressed by the maintenance and how clean and neat the whole site is. The management team also did a great job. Although expenses might higher than other sites you could find in PNW, I do think it’s still worth to come. Plus, the matcha in the camp store is legit. One downside comes in the mind is the distance between each unit is a bit closed, which might not feel welcome to introverts lol.

i stayed in a jyubako in january 2025. as advertised, it is a tiny house. even though i tried to pack light, i think we brought too many things and cluttered up the space. i watched the youtube video so i knew what was inside/included in the kitchen, but my partner didn’t. i think we had too many kitchen and recreation supplies as a result. i was happy with the service. most employees are young but they were kind and they set up our rental takibi for us while we were out and about. i’m glad we brought our own food for the takibi grill. we didn’t find a big grocery store in town. the ofuro was nice but occasionally, the other guests did gross me out a little bit. namely, the rules ask that you take a “cleansing shower” before entering the cold plunge or the warm soaking pool. i would see people with unwashed hair getting fully submerged into the cold plunge and such. and of course the same person would breach the surface like ariel from the little mermaid coming up with hair flying in all directions 😑 this is how you get that oily film on top of the water 🥴 it is sebum/skin oil and skin flakes. 🤢 okay, clearly that is a pet peeve of mine. the whole thing of getting into a shared pool of water without rinsing your sweat off just grosses me out. to be fair, they have a ton of rules on the wall with small font. who is going to sit and read all that in their bathing suit? 🥶 moving on, i went razor clamming for the first time because snow peak’s IG announced it was razor clam season. the jyubako was nice so i could clean these alien creatures with all the kitchen tools. added a video — watch at your own risk 🫣 we were only 5-10 minutes from the beach. great location! finally, the grounds were lovely. the campstore was nice. they had a sake deal the night we went, so we enjoyed a heavy pour of really tasty, balanced sake for a reasonable price while enjoying an acoustic guitar performance beside the fire. the store had all sorts of fun drinks and snacks — japanese and local pnw products. i bought some savory granola and candy for the drive home but i was definitely coveting more. i would come back! in the winter, since the pnw is so wet, i am happy we went for the jyubako, but in the late spring until early fall, i would definitely come back to camp!

Absolutely magical experience camping here! Upgraded camping with nice facilities (warm showers, clean and warm restrooms, sink), beautiful territory with pathways for walking or biking. Not having cars by tent is incredible. On top of that, spa has warm pool, cold plunge and sauna. Unbelievable!! You can reserve a slot few days in advance and we didn’t have any issues getting there every day of our stay. The are is nice too you can bike or drive to Long Beach or Cape Disappointment to explore. They even offer Live music and yoga! Will definitely come back!
