This campground has two motel style rooms you can reserve. The room itself was nice. Does not include a private bathroom, you have to use the clubhouse bathroom which is two bathrooms that other guest campers use (so you may have to wait). On the plus side you don’t have to walk outside to access the bathroom. It was fine for a night.
Our short stay here was perfect. The grass at each site was nice. And to have the ability to get your stairs close that you walk out of your RV on grass was nice. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The proximity to all things around was nice. You could get to town in minutes or on the river in minutes as well. Highly recommend this place. We were in site 60.
Wow in all my years of rving. I have never dealt with a unprofessional business. My family was planning on staying here due to my husband going to work in the area. My husband and myself spoke with the two ladies working the front office over the phone and paid our deposit ($750) and were looking forward to the stay. However business plan changed and we no longer needed to stay at the park. I let the office lady Joyce know that we would no longer needed the reservation and would like our deposit back. She very rudely stated that we would not be receiving our deposit back due to their rules. I read the email with the rules and informed Joyce that we were indeed due a refund. We had not signed the contract nor were we told about the non refund. She then again stated that we had agreed when we paid the deposit and it was word of mouth. Not a legal binding contract!!!! I then asked for her boss's number to which she refused stating she didn't have a boss. So I asked for the owners number to which i was told she would not be giving me their number. She would take my information and pass along. So we wait!!! And just so everyone is aware their TOLL FREE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE IS FOR A MEDICAL ALERT COMPANY!!!! FRAUDS!!!!! Funny how the office lady was unable to give me the owners number or have the owner call me. But hey the owner replied to my review funny how that works......
We have an annual trip with family and have stayed at Snowy Peaks for the last 12+ years. We have always been treated well and completely enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and we were glad to see the upgrade to the Wifi this year. We will be back again next year.
We stated for over 2 weeks this trip. Very clean and well cared for park. The best in the area. We have stayed here 3 times in the past and it is better than ever. The workers make the difference. Raking sites, picking up litter, parking RVs, busy workers make the difference.
