  • "What a relaxing and memorable weekend with the family! The camps are a bit close to each other but had no issues with neighbors. The fishing was good...even with the rain and wind we experienced while there, the marina is clean, the folks at the marina convenience store were friendly and helpful, the camp hosts were as well. And the views and sunrises from our campsite were amazing! Dog friendly as long as they are leashed and the restrooms were clean and close by!"

The campground was alright. Very basic with no water or power hook ups. There are actual bathrooms with flushing toilets which is nice. For the price that you pay I would hope for hookups or having showers available like Jordanelle does. The camp hosts were pretty invasive and always looking for something to charge you for. My father in law brought up a little moped and they charged us the full vehicle price to have it there which was very annoying as it was barely ridden and didn’t take up any extra space outside of the spot we paid for.

Loved camping here over the weekend and Monday. Saturday night was a little noisy as one camper close to us had a large crowd and they were definitely not being courteous neighbors. Loud music, talking till 1am and then alarm going off loudly the next morning on Sunday at 7am. By 7:55am loud music was playing again. They packed up and left🙏🏼. So we got to have a nice quiet restful Sunday of resting and fishing for fish and crawfish. Our other thoughtful and quiet neighbor was so kind, and gave us two of his Salmon he had caught earlier that day. All in all it was a nice little get away.
