Solitude Pointe Cabins and RV Park

Over the last 13 years we have stayed with Rodney & Amy many times. This past weekend we were there again in a cabin named MOOSE - celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary. It was perfection in every way. The cabin was immaculate...so clean (my Mama used to say "so clean you could eat off the floor!"), furnished in cabin-themed furnishings (love the MOOSE blanket!), and romantic - a heart of rose petals on the bed, chocolates & organic cider, two plush towels embroidered with the "Solitude Pointe". Rodney built a wonderful campfire Saturday night and Amy held a time of devotions on Sunday morning - open to any camper who wanted to attend. Nestled in the woods, just 45 minutes from Brevard, NC, 20 minutes to Raven Falls, 30 minutes to the top of Caesars Head, lots of great hiking! They have a private dock where you can fish as well as a hiking trail around the campground. You must stay here on your next camping adventure...you'll never want to stay anywhere else.

A hidden gem! My only hesitation in saying that is because I wouldn't want it to get so busy I can't get a reservation when I want one! Clean, well thought out and organized. We've stayed in "4-star" rated hotels at much higher costs that left so much to be desired compared to our cabin here. I hate that we can't stay here a bit longer. We were hiking in Table Rock State Park so it was a convenient location for that and they have a small store onsite, but it is pretty remote in terms of places to go out for dinner. Plan to bring the food you need for your stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The cabin was in an excellent location—quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was well-appointed with all the amenities we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The service was top-notch, and the overall experience was wonderful. We would definitely come back! Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a tranquil and well-maintained place to unwind

My husband and I stayed in the Mountain cabin at the end of October. I am an avid review reader, so I had high expectations and they did not disappoint. The whole stay was great. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The park was well maintained and quiet. Cabins were spaced out perfectly for privacy. The private hot tub was a nice extra and was also properly cleaned. The park store had anything you would need and was reasonably priced. The owner was pleasant and very helpful with any questions we had. Thank you Solitude Pointe, we will see you next year!

Solitude Point Cabins and RV Park is a full service RV park. I rate this park as one fine park. Sites are level, some gravel and some have cement pads. It is a very clean park. All sights have shading, some are pull throughs and some are back-ins. The Hosts are fabulous. They help you navigate to your site and level your RV. The Camp Store is inviting. There is a laundromat, clean showers/bathrooms. There are lots of things to do and see in the area, and not far from Travelers Rest We camped here in a 28ft travel trailer. We will camp here again when in the area for sure
