We needed a quick overnight stay to fill and dump our RV and wash some clothes. South 40 fit the bill on all fronts. We were super surprised with how clean and quiet the park was. Would definitely stay again. Gate closes at night but you can get in and out. Thanks for such a great place.
Super clean, nicely landscaped RV part. The camp host was friendly and helpful even though we came in during off hours. Secure with a gate and nice clean bathhouse and showers. We will be back.
It's a very nice RV. Park, but the down side is, the strict rules! The RV park is very large, and the visitors are not allowed to park, at the RV location, you must park up front, by the office and walk to the RV, that you are going to. I have been there once, and I was confronted, and it wasn't pleasant! Please look into the rules and regulations before you get comfortable. God bless 🙏
This is such a nice place. It is kept up and clean, and super quiet. I sleep like a baby here.
We spent 4 months there and loved it. Very clean facilities, kind people, and fun activities planned. Hot tub, gym and game room are definitely a plus. Centrally located, and close to the bike loop. Thanks for the great stay!
