The park is conveniently located at 37811 Chancey Rd, Zephyrhills, FL 33541, and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays to allow our staff and guests to enjoy a day of rest.

Beautiful RV park. Grounds are well kept and overall warm and welcoming community. Office staff and management is amazing!!!
Management horrible. Price you pay has risen so high. Too many nonsense rules. We moved out after being there a few years. It is still an active community. The people are wonderful.
The pools are not heated so swimming is very hit and miss. Recently had a water main break. After it was fixed nobody told us anything. Boil the water, don't boil the water. We are all left guessing. It's all about the all mighty dollar here.
We stayed here last year for 3 months and this year for 2 months. The amenities are wonderful, everyone is super friendly. The sites are rather small, but each one has a concrete slab with a picnic table. The only downside is the traffic...which is in no means a fault of the resort. Hopefully the town will be updating the roads to accommodate for all the recent housing construction.
