The lake was wonderful lucky we had kayaks. It was like a rv trailer park. Everyone was on top of each other. You didn't really have a relaxing spot. People fighting and peeling out. There is only one bathroom and shower house. You have to walk about 5 minutes or so . I just wouldn't go back it wasn't a camping environment. Plus it was 45 a night with power . Which is high for a non recreational area.

I keep my camper parked there. Great view of Kentucky Lake. Easy access to power and water. Public bathhouse is always clean and neat. Next to the Marina for easy access for your boat. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No playground but very dog friendly. No picnic area but there are several nice restaurants close by and a Dollar General store just 2 miles away.

It can be a nice place as long as you stay to yourself and to you friends and family and don't get mixed up with the wrong people in the campground because this place is not the same and it's not as fun or enjoyable as it could be because you have people that get in to your business and will run and tell the Manger to make there selfs look good again lol

New owners are working hard to renovate this campground. Had to replace all water lines and power outlets before they could get to cosmetic problems. Renovated bath house is great. People here are very friendly and you get to know your neighbors, nice making new lake friends.
