Got enough potholes? Can't do a single pizza delivery without hitting eight of them. EDIT - They fixed the ones in this spot. Appreciate it!
I do not recommend coming here as a mobile home resident. Unable to catch the property manager during scheduled business times. Never in office during the 9am - 5pm posted and advertised business hours. 12pm - 1pm is their lunch, however they leave all hours of the day. Have lost our rent checks before and served us eviction notices when they’re the ones who lost it. The roads have major pot holes and continue to “promise” to get them fixed. They lie to residents on many occasions. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I cannot say enough about this park. It has come a long way. Management and the entire staff have really done a wonderful job cleaning up the park. They are always there to help when needed and go out of their way to make sure the residents are provided with a safe and clean community. Thank you for that!
The manager of this place is absolutely unprofessional ignorant and a great definition of arrogant. Today this lady stopped another individual in the MIDDLE of the entrance/exit blocking traffic completelty from coming or going and refused to simply allow us to go around saying we could wait unknowingly that (we as people with our own lifes & residence of this comnunity were not involved with why she stopped the car she did) had a family emergency to get to and Donna decides to literally JUMP INFRONT OF OUR MOVING VEHICLE to stop us from peacefully & righteously going around the vehicle she stopped then she begins to scream and curse saying we can't go around calling us out our names all for attempting to go around so we could handle our emergency. The ignorance i just witnessed needs to be addressed & corrected by the owners of this community because her behavior and thinking process of how she handled this simple situation sjpuldnt have even become an incident was arrogant n unprofessional & uncalled for.
