The park rangers are kind and helpful and the maintenance staff is awesome. The trails are nice and kids loved the playground, lots of rabbits and chipmunks. After a quick hike the view from the lookout (especially in the morning) is amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Beautiful. Small place. Rates are good. It's first come basis. Due to rain, only a few guests.
We're local so we're biased but Southwood is the best!! Trails... trees... Prairie grass... critters... Amanda camping!
Had a really good time, nearby swimming. I enjoyed my stay there with my friends.
