No longer have access to gym because they only open it during business hours which benefits only the people who don’t work. Unfair and just not right , the gym was 24hrs as well as game room, very disappointed. Very motivated will give you a one star regularly open the gym up or lower our lot rent PERIOD. When we signed this lease that was a high selling point for me to have a little gym and game room. The place is fixed enough to have it open don’t use RENOVATIONS AS AN EXCUSE EXCUSE , I haven’t seen anyone working on that place for weeks they just trying to permanently have it closed at night and that will not due. Working people can’t even use there facility

Think super hard before you buy a place here. Houses are nice and affordable, but the lot rent price is not worth it. I haven’t even lived here for a year yet, and I’m ready to sell. Constantly under a boiling water notice, power is out all the time, mail is either stolen or lost every other day, there’s workers tearing up our yards and then just leaving huge holes and piles of dirt for weeks on end, gates constantly not working, and rude workers. Think very hard about buying here. Staying for a bit may not be bad but paying 700 dollars for no water, no power, and horribly loud construction 24/7. Forget it

Like I said every day I will be giving this place a 1 star , the water always has a boiling notice gym and game room still not open. Will be giving a 1 star everyday until lot rate is lowered or gym and game room open I will not be removing these 1 star reviews either because it’s true and it’s sad I have to resort to this

Here is another 1 star for this place. I still am unable to use the game room or gym. And excuse of it’s only open during business hours as nonsense. SO ITS NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS, it’s not open WHEN YOU GET OFF OF WORK. Like I said I will continue till give this place a one star until this place has 1 star review on google because that is not fair when you sign a lease you suppose to get what you signed up for. I am unable to use the gym or the game room now because they have it locked. If you can have it open during business hours you can have it open 24hr like you use to it’s just an EXCUSE!!! EXPECT A 1 star review tomorrow and the next day until I can properly use my facility that we pay full price for. Like I said either lower my lot rate by 30-40 so I can use that for a gym membership or continue to get these 1 star reviews daily

We lived here for two years. Granted they’re trying to improve the park, but over 2 years they had a lot of issues. Constant water boil notices, laundry room being 90+, hearing neighbors yelling in arguments throughout the night, people drinking and getting in fights at the pool, no one picks up after their dog, and the gate not working. The gym room can’t use both treadmills at the same time either or a breaker might flip. We were billed an extra month as some other reviews mention, and while they do refund it, it’s insane they think it’s okay to take $700 from someone for a week.
