Spider Creek Resort is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience that combines nature, adventure, and relaxation in one stunning location. Whether you're a local or visiting from out of town, Spider Creek Resort offers something for everyone.
I did not stay at the resort. I rented a kayak and kayaked up the river. The water was cold, clear and full of fish. We saw dozens of fishermen and witnessed numerous catches. One fish was a 17" rainbow trout. The river was flowing at a low rate because Beaver lake reservoir was not releasing water that day. It was however, flowing fast enough that when our return trip went much faster. It was an excellent day and the scenery was beautiful. The river bottom is coarse gravel and aqua socks or another type of footwear is highly recommended.
Had the big cabin with the hot tub. Loved it. Beautiful view. So peaceful and relaxing. Just an enjoyable pet friendly place 5 mins to great fishing. I highly recommend for every family.
My boyfriend and I made a last-minute decision to go to Beaver Lake, and he recommended Spider Creek Resort. I booked on a Wednesday for Friday-Sunday. We were going to arrive after the office closed, but I got a call from Kelly in the office letting me know how to get the key when we got there. The cabin was cozy, and the kitchen was well equipped for the cooking we did. We took advantage of the horseshoe pit and played several games over the course of two days. We bought annual Arkansas fishing licenses, and we figured we have to go two more times to make it cost effective, so I anticipate that we’ll book again at Spider Creek when we return!
For my first stay at Spider Creek I felt very comfortable. I slept all night. That is very unusual for me. Wonderful way to wake up. I will be staying there again.
Love the atmosphere here and kind staff! Love the river and front porches! Love the kitchen and access to the community pavilion! So many things to love!! Also some grows- We have a big family and my only request is that they add some romance champagne packages, spruce up the rooms, replace the outdated curtains and flooring and definitely get better quality pull out beds in the family rooms. The couches with corners also need to go because people run into them and have bruises on their leg since they stick out when walking around. All that is needed is just to add a few updates! ( Naturally I am a. Business owner and coach so I do have plenty of amazing recommendations to make it even more attractive!! If anyone is interested in contacting me I can help you book an amazing vacation)..... 💝 however for the purpose of this review, I will say as we move into the MID Mod look, it is time to update some things everywhere as 1990s are gone and we do always need to cater and serve guests with ease❤️ comfort and better more convenient ways to make cabins welcoming for weary travelers!
