We were able to call and get a RV site for 2 nights in mid-August. So worth it! At 8000’ elevation, nice and cool, beautiful scenery and close to some good hikes. Clean campground with nice amenities and full hookups.Staff so friendly, would love to spend a week there. Saw horses and cows in adjacent pasture on morning walks.
I stayed 2 nights at the end of June and would have stayed longer if it was available. The campground was beautiful and the facilities were awesome. Impressive amenities, especially for it's remote location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The office/store manager went out of her way to make the stay memorable. Very impressive! I will be back.

We camped in our RV, and it's a beautiful area. They also have a few cabins. It's a little far out of town, but it's so worth it. The scenery is gorgeous. I recommend it to everyone.
