Absolutely loved staying here right on the river, they were so accommodating to our needs, i cant wait to go back, even threw my crab trap in williamson river and got some crawfish. Yummy
Nice quiet area, not insanely buggy, BUT power and water went out during our stay and we had no use of toilet, fridge, sinks, fans, or AC (we were dying of heat). Plus there’s not really any gas stations or restaurants in town and the grocery options are slim pickings. If you’re just passing through.. maybe choose a different town.
Good fishing great fun and good people. Will be coming back.
John and Angie are the best. They make you feel like family. They have done a lot in the short time they have owned this RV park. I have been here for a short stay in the cabins and they are always very clean. They are in the process of getting new stuff for the cabins. We now live here full time and love it. There is no more of the pot plants that I have seen. I know that was a problem before. John is working on the water and it will be done soon. I think that this is the best move we ever made.
I have yet to visit John and Angie's new home. They are truly genuine and caring people. Also they are very fun to be around. They love to keep people laughing . They are a great team and will do amazing things with the Sportsman , no doubt. Their RV park in Washington went from rags to riches under their ownership . Rarely was the park not filled . Now it is like a ghost town. I miss and love them, Jenipher Lopez.
