Customer Reviews
Christina and other staff do an excellent job managing this campground. They are friendly and accommodating. Campground is located 2 miles out of town and easy access to Natural Bridge area and to the Crazy Mountains. Sites are level, spacious and clean. Bathrooms are clean, although until campground construction is finished, there is only two toilets and two showers for the whole campground - no laundry facility yet. The Spring Creek and Boulder River run through and by the camping sites, making a peaceful and serene campground setting, along with a good amount of shade. The campground is secure and safe with a gate that closes every evening - campers have the code. This campground is very family friendly and dogs on leash friendly. We highly recommend Spring Creek Campground.
We stayed here for 3 days in June 2025. This is a great RV park, dramatically improved from years past. They are actively renovating - adding grass, marked sites, landscaping, and much more. They don't currently have laundry but they are working on it, and I believe they plan on installing a playground as well. They also really should add a dog park, there are several centralized places they could put one. FYI there is virtually non existent service from AT&T and T-Mobile, though Verizon does work here. The Boulder River is really neat - if you have a back deck, it's a great setup along the river.
The park is clean, the roads are easy to navigate and the premium river sites are beautiful backed up to the river only a few feet away. For the price, there isn't much offered. No playground, no amenities really at all. The campground is in full construction mode so something to keep in mind. The campsite was spacious and had a nice gravel pad, picnic table was brand new, and nice green grass. We camped at Spring Creek Campground and Trout Ranch in a 36’ Fifth Wheel in site #22 which was the best in the park.
So we were a little reluctant due to other reviews about construction, but so happy we decided to go ahead and stay here. Beautiful site right on the river! Very clean, spacious, and friendly people. We had a nice, relaxing stay. Construction was not an issue at all. Owners pride truly shows.
Hidden gem... my husband and I are already making plans to stay again. A great place to stay if you are visiting Yellowstone and not wanting to stay at the park. We'll kept and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
