Spent many years at this campground. A lot of great memories and good friends for life. The new owners are outstanding. It truly is a family campground. A lot of activities and well maintained. Also Mr & Mrs Burns who were the previous owners well like a set of parents a lot of us. Flubby..
The new owners Emily and Michael are lovely,friendly,very personable. She bakes, like no one's business, and very conversational. SHE, makes the best sandwiches. And let me tell you there is a GREAT variety. Don't know where they get their rolls from, but so tasty. And this past weekend they started an All you can eat Breakfast buffett on Sundays. The place is not Loaded with inventory, just a bit of things you might need in a pinch. And let me tell you, they made my day lots of times. I hope they continue to make a great success of their business.

Spring Glen campground is very nice. We have a seasonal campsite there. It is very clean and beautiful there. I really enjoy my time I get to spend there. Beautiful clean pool. Firewood for purchase on site. The owners go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. People are very friendly there. It's like being part of a little family.
Arrived on the later side and met Maura at the entrance. What a warm friendly welcome! We talked and went over the campground and she gave us some great recommendations in the area. We arrived at our site and Maura came too, we talked some more. I can't believe after all these years camping I can say I have never been greeted by someone so genuine and down to earth. Looking forward to today walking around and seeing the full campground. Reading reviews sometimes you just have to see for yourself.....Im so happy we did !!!
I would love to recommend this campground to everyone! What a beautiful spot!!!!! We spend 2 nights camping there, May 9-11. The owners of the place are sooo nice and friendly! And they have a very cute dog! The place is very clean! Around campground there are hiking trails and an amazing waterfall!!! You don’t need to drive! The nights are soooo quiet and you can see very clear the sky full of stars!!!!! :) We had the unforgettable time there. Minnewaska state park is 30 min driving! Must see! And Ellen town is 15 min driving. You can get there everything you needed. For sure we would love to come back there! :)
