My family has an annual vacation weekend at Spring Gulch going on over a decade. The resort facilities are never pristine but they are usually at least satisfactory. While staying in a park model unit #1409, we had a bedbug infestation which forced our family to leave and have to book a hotel in the middle of the night. We had to dispose of almost all our belongings we packed with us. The staff was sympathetic however we were told a history of bitten guests several weeks prior in the same unit. We were refunded for the weekend but no effort was made by the company to make up for the incident, which I am disappointed about considering we have a long history with the resort and were inconvenienced so greatly.

We went during the Halloween Haunted House week. The haunted maze was really good. My kids didn't make it to the house, so I don't know personally, but our friends said the haunted house was great. Overall a very nice place with nice staff.

I am a seasonal camper here we keep our camper here all year round. I have absolutely nothing but awesome things to say about the staff and the campground. The office staff go above and beyond to make u feel welcome it’s almost like family. The maintenance team keeps the campground running extremely smoothly and everything is so clean. The pools r nice and warm. Always plenty of fun activities for kids and adults. Live shows, mini golf , and arcade. Mini golf course could use some improvement but it’s nothing too bad. Plenty of spaces to walk around and exercise. We will be coming here for years to come .

It's been a blast like always. It's a nice quiet campground with lots of activities throughout the year. We will definitely be returning. It's in a great location just a half hour from most of the things you would want to do. Our cabin could definitely use a little update but would definitely stay in it again just please get a new mattress for the bedroom.
