I loved the campground. The pavilion was really large and had a sink and counter for prepping food and cleaning dishes. There was plenty of places for tents. There was a horseshoe pit and flushing toilets nearby. Beautiful golf course right next door. I would have given this 5 stars, but 3 out of the 5 showers were out of order. There was an excessive amount of wasps in the pavilion area. We were grateful we brought some yellow jackets traps and bought more in town.
I didn't camp here, but hiked the Nature Trail with my 3 young kids. Trail starts here and goes 0.5 miles to the "trailhead" where the 1.3 mile Nature Trail Loop starts. We just went to the trailhead and back, but really enjoyed it!
Great campsite for groups…loved the size of the pavilion
Incredible place for a family reunion. Very clean and quiet
