SpringHill Suites Myrtle Beach Oceanfront

I was very pleased with this hotel overall. I rated the room four stars due to minor issues, such as scrapes on the table and challenges with the refrigerator and coffee machine plug. However, I absolutely loved the breathtaking view from the bedroom and the oceanfront view from the living room. The room was spacious, and its location within the hotel was ideal. I honestly should have booked more than two days, but next time, I definitely will. The hotel itself is stunning, with fantastic amenities and easy access to the beach. The front desk staff, especially the evening team, were incredibly pleasant and made my family and me feel very welcomed. My only disappointment was with breakfast. There were no dairy options, such as yogurt, and a few drink machines were out of order. Additionally, the breakfast staff were not as welcoming as I’ve experienced at other Marriott hotels. Despite this, it didn’t overshadow my stay. I cannot wait to return with my family to this beautiful hotel!

The team at Springhill Suites are nothing short of superb! Corrie was amazing and so helpful and kind with my reservation. Chris truly made our stay so unforgettable and was helpful, kind and courteous. Tracy was also fabulous, and so sweet to us and our party. The little touches like a birthday card and balloons in the room for our daughter was such a highlight! The hotel itself is beautiful and a must stay at in Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend this hotel and team to anyone- they are the best on the beach!!

I worked with a sale person, Corrie, a little over a year ago to book rooms for our team for a soccer tournament. This is probably one of the best properties we've ever stayed at. Access to the beach was amazing. The rooms we're clean, and the staff including Corrie were all great. We had a catered team dinner at the property and that went very well. There was even a bar tender in that part of the hotel for parents who wanted to enjoy drink. 5-stars all around, and if we ever go back to Myrtle Beach this will be my hotel of choice.

Really nice room. Comfy bed and a waterfall pressure shower.. the important stuff. Breakfast was top notch, coffee, bagles, cereal and fruit.. wide selection with a deck to view the beach. Perfect sunrise view. Professional and friendly staff. Hotel is on the strip with lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed here in November 2024 as a Platinum Elite. Got offered a room on the top (I believe 26th floor?) and the view of the beach from up there was unreal. Every room faces the ocean so even if you go while it is busy, you will still get a view of the ocean! Parking is across the street but you can unload and pack right in front of the hotel!
