Very nice hotel. Well appointed, clean rooms. Good location with plenty of eating options within walking distance. Excellent included breakfast! However, no mention of a $7 parking fee until we checked out. I don't like when a company nickel and dime's their customers...

Took my family there for a small getaway but found that the amenities that were promised were not as described. My kid loves to swim but is handicap. Having a working pool lift is very important to us. This location had a rusted out barely together with electrical tape lift. Very disappointing to have to struggle to allow my kid to enjoy the pool

Our stay here was not planned, but our hotel in Williams canceled our reservation even after we called them to let them know the weather (snow on the north rim) was delaying our travel. Everything in Williams was booked. It was 1:30 am. Called this hotel and they had a room available for a whopping $330 which is outrageous for this location and facility. Mind you, we wouldn’t even be staying a whole night…We were exhausted when we rolled in at almost 3 am. We check in and find that our toilet has someone else’s urine all over it, fun times. There is hair in the sink and the tub. Fun times. Too tired to deal with it then so we go to bed and go to the front desk around 11:30 to voice our concerns. I don’t remember the name of the gal who helped us but she is the assistant manager. She was apologetic and offered us a 20% discount which I thought was not enough in light of the lack of cleanliness of our room. She said that was all she could do. I asked again and said she could provide us with Marriott points and that they should be in our account within a week, which would be by tomorrow. Hoping that goes through as she promised. I will also add that room 133 should come with a potential noise warning. It’s right by an outside door and the stairs. Around 5-6am there was soo much noise from people coming in and out and sounded like someone was throwing suitcases down the stairs. The AC in the room was also very annoying. Super loud when it turns on and off.

My husband and I have been Marriott Bonvoy members for over 20 years. This is not our first stay at this property however there has been an apparent change in management since our last stay. We clearly have in our Marriott Bonvoy account our request for a lower floor room, feather free, foam pillows and extra towels. When we checked in, not only were we put on the second floor (with the front desk personnel claiming that there was nothing they could do about this, but that our 2nd floor was prepared for us), but that when we did arrive in our 2nd floor room, it was a far as possible from the elevator and it was not prepared at all. The towels in the room were also dirty, hard as rocks and there was one-ply toilet paper, none of which is up to Marriott standards. To add insult to injury, the couple that was behind us checking in was given a 1st floor room. When I called Marriott corporate to lodge a complaint against the property, the customer service representative whom opened a case against the property was clearly able to see in our Bonvoy account our requests, admitting that they should have been honored, that the Front Desk Night Manager should have checked us into a 1st floor room and that our room should have been prepared for us upon arrival, and that there are quality assurance issues that need to be addressed at the property. At least we were validated by corporate, but we will definitely not be back to this property.

Quick getaway from the every day! Comfortable and modern, this hotel is a good choice for those seeking time away from the mundane. The lobby is furnished with pastel seating and modern art, and there are snacks and drinks (both soft drinks and alcoholic beverages) at the counter. And in case you forgot your toothbrush and toothpaste, these items may also be purchased. There is a fitness center inside this hotel that is open 24/7 for anyone looking to use fitness equipment not too far from the lobby. The rooms have classy vibes but are not over the top luxury, making them affordable, and a stay at this hotel will get you free breakfast. The indoor pool is warm and child-friendly, as it goes little past five feet. The jacuzzi is intensely relaxing, and the jet work wonders. Both the pool and jacuzzi have mechanically operated pool chairs around them, allowing for persons with physical limitations to enjoy the water, too. Just beyond the pool and jacuzzi, there is a fenced in outdoor seating area complete with tanning recliners as well as cushioned seats and a fire pit and barbeque. The hotel is also located within walking distance of a grocery store and many restaurants as well as other shopping centers. Overall, I had a great experience and plan to stay here again in the future!
