SpringHill Suites Wrentham Plainville

I usually don't leave reviews but Lisa O. at the front desk was incredibile! She was so nice and accommodating. Even gave me a snack when I arrived to take to my room. She gave me a preference of what floor and view I wanted. I travel all the time, and have been to many hotels, and she is BY FAR the nicest person I have met working there. The hotel itself was very nice and clean, the rooms were large with a sitting area done by West Elm. Large walk in closets and spacious bathrooms with a walk in shower. I stayed at the Spring Hill in Orlando and the rooms were the same. I highly recommend this hotel chain and specifically this hotel...and of course Lisa O. at the front desk!

Our stay was so pleasant as well as the staff. Gemma is a gem and I can’t recall the bartenders name but he was great as well. Breakfast is hot, fresh and provides a variety for anyone. Look isn’t heated which we were hoping for but it’s clean which is more important. Location is a bonus, it’s tucked away yet super convenient.

Stayed here last week for a night with the family. My only qualm was with some of the faucets and shower area. Everything was beautiful and well kept, clean and very spacious. However the faucets were kinda beat up and loose, "gigiddy" the shower needed to be aggressively pulled to go from bath to shower mode. Otherwise the bathrooms, common room/ breakfast area were immaculate. The potpourri of breakfast options has a little something for everyone. The staff were helpful and sweet and made us all feel welcomed and comfortable. All in all it's a great spot to stay for a night or a week. Well done

This location is perfect! Rooms were beautiful & clean as was hotel. My only complaint is the housekeeping staff in the morning with slamming doors & banging stuff around in the rooms next door. I know it was housekeeping because I actually got up to look out door. To me that is unacceptable when it’s early & my bed actually vibrated from the slamming of doors. Other than that everything else was great. If you don’t like noise from the highway sleep with your fan on all night on high which drowns out a lot of the noise.

We were just at Springhill Suites last week for a funeral. When making the reservations I requested 2 adjoining rooms since my 92 year old mother was with us. The agent I talked to when making this this request told me that she would do her best to get the rooms that I requested and she did put something in writing. When we arrived at the Wrentham, Plainville location I was not given 2 adjoining rooms. The front staff went out of their way to accommodate my request and they did (especially Jemma) get me my 2 adjoining rooms.. I must say that the adjoining rooms worked out perfectly, since one of the rooms was handicapped accessible. They even got a shower seat for my Mom. The rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. The front staff was marvelous and the location was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend the Springhill Suites on Wrentham/Plainville.
