The rest are Very helpful, accommodating and nice as well!! My husband and I have loved our experience here! The area is wonderful, so much to do around, but also my favorite part is THE CLUBHOUSE! Interstate 15 on one side, train yard on the other side. Sites crammed in like sardines. (Worse than most KOA'S)! Only room for 1/2 of a picnic table between Sites! Showers closed at 8pm because of vandalism. We lost track of time in the morning and called to ask if we could check out at 12 instead of 11 so we could get a shower (since we didn't get one the night before because they were closed) and even tho we were the only trailer in the row we would have to pay an extra $25us to check out at noon. Seems a bit much after we had paid $60.99us for the site. Disappointed and will not be coming back or recommending to any of our Snowbird friends! Felt totally ripped off!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We enjoy this amazing campground! The location is absolutely perfect—right off the freeway and close to shopping, restaurants, and everything needed. It makes getting in and out so convenient, especially with the many pull-through sites they offer. The management team is just terrific! They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The on-site staff is equally wonderful—always friendly and keeping the place in top-notch condition. The restrooms and laundry facilities are spotless, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Love the pool ... always refreshing and clean, and the lounge/game room is great for the whole family. I can’t say enough great things about Sadie and her team. Highly recommended!
First rule listed is,"Children cannot be left unattended at any time in pool, comfort stations or clubhouse. " The clubhouse; which looks like it could be nice, has kids running in and out (no school?) and making a mess. There are shoes laying about, soda cans, spilled messes (I hope just soda), and dirty conditions overall. Very sad. The employee working did clean a section of floor so we could do some yoga. We were told that when we were done she was going to shut it down. Sites are very close to each other, there is 10 ft between my camper and my neighbors. Very close to highway. Good location to wait out Salt Lake City traffic. Price seemed reasonable if amenities were maintained. Polite staff. This was my first time staying at a KOA.
I will not stay here again the price they charge for a 1 night stay and they shut down the bathroom after 8 and they don't even post it on your website so you have no idea until you get to the location. On top of that the ground look trashy with thing dug up and left open. Lots of tripping hazard around.
