Good location & all features including newer bath/shower/laundry!. However place had an unkept, messy, RV’s on top of each other, cars trucks everywhere. No luxury, here!

Love this place. Rent is cheap. The neighbors are friendly and the property manager is very humble and kind. Great place to live or just stay for the weekend.

I have been here for 6 months now, I’m a full timer. The park is very well maintained, clean and everyone is very friendly. The park owner is very nice and helpful and takes care of any issue that may arise. It’s a nice shady park with a very nice laundry room. I am a single woman and I’ve never felt unsafe here. There is a train that runs through the park unfortunately but if you’re planning a longer stay, you do get used to it very quickly, I don’t even notice it anymore. The park is pet friendly and I love that but everyone is very respectful about their animals being on leashes, not being unattended and cleaned up after. I highly recommend this park.

Nice quiet park except for the train that comes through the middle of the park sometimes in the middle of the night! An airport is close by but didn't seem to have very many loud planes. What is nice about this park is being close to Greenville & retail. There seemed to be a few full timers & local workers staying here but there were no issues. Be forewarned if you are in the lower park the nice trees drop sap that you will need a solvent to wash off! We will use this park again when back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Springwood. It's is about 90% long term residents. It's very quiet with very few children. There is a railroad crossing in the park but it's a plus. Each afternoon we were there, a single train with about a dozen cars passed through at walking speed. When the whistle blows, people hurry to the crossing to watch and wave.

Springwood RV Park is located near Donaldson center. It is in the safe area with sheriff’s office right across the road. Slow speed limit zone safety for cyclists and pedestrians. Spinx gas station is 2.1 miles away to grab favorite breakfast or coffee. This park has friendly folks, pet friendly and has all kinds of outdoor creatures such as foxes, raccoons, and you might hear wild dogs at night. All kinds of birds singing early in the morning. It is a perfect place if just stopping by for the weekend. Manager Paul welcomes with a smile and friendly staff. He gave us the best spot to park and was very kind and helpful. The laundry facility clean and modern with big screen TV to enjoy. Their machines are in great working condition. It has ATM machine and coin change machine. I liked watching the sunsets and train passing through. Even more, you might see military airplane or helicopter flying overhead. Good park to visit, highly recommend!

Soft, not packed gravel. Caused us grief for the month we stayed. There are quite a few permanent rvs. It’s close quarters and trains go by within 50 yards of the park, horn blaring. There’s a jet engine testing facility close by and they like to test at night. Not worth the $700 we paid for the month. Residents are friendly though. Tight quarters.
