Customer Reviews
This is the worst campground ever! The dirt road thew out the campground are full of pot holes. Will be a mud pit once it rains. They say they have wifi, NOT. The electric box has black electric tape covering holes. My advice is stay away, wish I had known.
Recently spent 3 nights there with our 6 year old niece and 17 year old nephew- his first time camping. We had a great time! The place is beautiful. We tent camped on a site with water and electric. The swimming pool is huge and easy to get in and out of, even in the deep end. The fishing pond is great and my nephew and I caught a lot of fish, from small ones to 1 huge bass. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of weekend activities for the kids. We will definitely return.
Older plain campground near the lake with lots of shade. Many seasonal sites. Good price.
We stayed there 4 nights and it was great for what we needed. Close to local parks and sightseeing. Great place for campers with dogs as there are many dog walking trails around the campsite that go for a very log way. There are many free dog poop bags and bins ready available so there should never be an excuse not to pick up after your own pet. Water, electrical and sewer were all in a standard location as most parks offer. One or two of the fire pits were a bit close to other trailer sites.
Major electrical issues at Spruce Row. We paid over $50 per night for full hook ups, 30amp. In the middle of the day the electric gets throttled down to the point our surge protector tripped. They refused to refund us, blaming the power company. In the midst of the power coming on and off multiple times during the day we found our Victron Inverter burnt a fuse. Low and high power are not good for your camper. We ended up leaving early with no refund. Will never stay here again and would never recommend this place.
