This is a very nice resort, friendly staff, and convenient to the interstate. They have a nice pool but it was too cold to use it during our stay. They had food trucks 2 nights on the weekend with excellent selections and live music. We took a trolly tour of old St. Augustine that I totally recommend which has a free shuttle from the resort. The reason for 3 stars is the campsite we had. Site 15 is in an older section and was extremely small, not very level with soft "crushed asphalt gravel". The gravel tracked into the RV making a mess. We didn't have room to sit outside with our car parked on the site. Most of the campsites on that row are similar, but #15 is likely the worst. I knew going in we were in an older part but did not expect these issues. Also, the price is not reasonable in comparison with the newer side, where they have beautiful patios. We left 2 days early but did not ask for a refund. I do recommend this park if you can stay on a new site and am willing to return if I can get a new site.

My husband and I spent Christmas here and it was a beautiful experience. The place is pure peace! We recommend it to rest and spend a few days in total calm! The town is a dream, the lights, the museums, the restaurants! In short, an unforgettable trip! Thank you.

My husband and I just spent 2 weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The parking spots are large with lots of room between RVs. The facilities and grounds are well maintained, the staff are very nice and the location is convenient. You will not be disappointed staying here!!

We stayed at this park for two months, arriving in October. Just nine days after we got there, a hurricane hit. Although we didn’t stay in the RV during the storm, the RV remained safe, and we only lost power for a few seconds. The staff was incredible—helpful, friendly, and welcoming. One of the highlights was the weekend events, with music and food trucks adding a fun vibe to our stay. The premium sites were fantastic—clean and level.  The park was equipped with great firepits, including gas options. The gym, bathrooms, and laundry facilities were all spotless, which we really appreciated. Another bonus was the nearby restaurant at Best Bet, which made dining out convenient. We only had two minor complaints. First, the park isn’t close to downtown, so a vehicle is necessary. While we have a car, we opted to Uber most of the time since downtown parking is expensive and hard to find. Second, the site markings could be improved—adding numbers on the ground near the sites would make navigation much easier. Other than those small issues, this park was the best one we’ve ever stayed at!

We spent a week here for Nights of Lights. The park is immaculate. I didn't see a piece of trash anywhere. The sites are very well groomed and tremendous in size. You really get a sense of privacy not being right up against your neighbors. Quiet, but you do pick up some interstate road noise the closer to the front of the park you get. Food trucks and live music at the clubhouse on the weekends is a nice touch. This is absolutely a 5 star RV park... but... the location that this 5 star RV park is in? Solid 3 stars. It's not really "near" St. Augustine. At least not any part of the city that someone who would be visiting would want to be. It's about a 30 minute drive to almost any of the local attractions and beaches. And add in the fact that it looks like there is to be a hospital of some sort built between it and the interstate? We come to the area frequently and usually stay at the KOA off of A1A, and while this park is leaps and bounds nicer than the KOA, it is also leaps and bounds further away from everything we wanted to do. Just a data point.
