Customer Reviews
First off, I would like to say my family has been hosting our family reunion at this location for the past 17 YEARS and we used to love coming here every single year. 9 days, many RV sites and tent sites were reserved. Also all the cabins, so KOA definitely made a a lot of money from us. Tim, who has a personal problem with one member of our family, decided he would use his position to cancel our family camping trip. ALSO the co owner would like to say that’s not the reason why they cancelled our trip, but just recently my uncle who had reserved a spot there for hunting got a call from Tim, saying that he isn’t comfortable with my uncle staying there because he is married into our family. UNPROFESSIONAL
(My rating for Rooms, is actually referring to the RV space) What a wonderful place. These folks have brought back customer service that disappeared during COVID! facility was clean, the power and water hook ups worked great. Everyone was so helpful. The ladies in the restaurant where fun and the food was out of this world. USCG Bluebell tied up on the edge of the Marina and gave tours to anyone who asked. We enjoyed our time there very much!
We have stayed at Lyons Ferry several times. The camp is kept immaculate and the staff are all incredibly nice. They go out of thier way to make sure your stay is a great one. I highly recommend this KOA.
We did not stay here at the KOA campground but wanted to check out the Snake River Restaurant & location. Staff was very friendly & helpful with information about the area. Was great meeting Tim & hearing some history & things to do in area. Definitely would recommend staying here at this KOA
Tim is one of the worst people I've ever spoken with. We were so excited to stay there. Turned around and found a super awesome spot. I will never give my business to this place. What a joke. Please heed this warning.. do not want to bother
Had an amazing stay! We were visiting Palouse Falls and needed a place for overnight. This location is nice and secluded but has charm. We stayed in a Wagon and it was clean. comfortable and cool. Great location for fishing and boating. Bathrooms were clean and site was well mantained.
Great location and beautiful place to visit. Covered mooring for your boat with power and locked gate so your boat is safe. Nice ramp with dock. RV site was level and had a fire ring, a nice aluminum picnic table and nice grass. Bathrooms were a little aged, but clean. Quiet location with no road noise. Make sure your vehicles are full of gas as they only have fuel for boats and the nearest town is 30 minutes away. Restaurant was tasty and dog friendly outside seating. Store had plenty of ice, beer, wine, and camping necessities. WiFi was spotty. Will visit again!
