Staybridge Suites Knoxville Oak Ridge, an IHG Hotel

Front desk was nice, house keeping did knock on my door around 10 which I didn’t really appreciate because checkout is at 12. But I can get over it. Room was pretty clean, could use small updates here and there like paint and new caulk around the tub. It was very clean, just a little dated but I usually stay in high end hotels and I’d come back to this one again. Good breakfast options, dove soap in the rooms, you can stream on the TVs also. There are 3 very large cat guests that hang out out back which got a smile out of me and made me happy. Quiet place, local to everything in town.

What an awesome place to stay. Very convenient to stores/shopping and restaurants in the area. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool, laundry area and fitness area very nice. Most of all the staff and management are very friendly, helpful and willing to make your stay very pleasant. The meals that were provided were excellent.

The staff was disinterested and made multiple mistakes with the bill. They could not fix the problems with the bill, and I had to call the manager later. The manager was not available on site. The room was somewhat dirty. There were dirty dishes in the dish washer when I checked in. It took some effort to get the heating to work. Multiple lamps in the room did not work.

I recently stayed at this location while visiting family in the area. The rooms were super clean. The staff was friendly and asked if I was enjoying my stay or if they could assist me with anything everytime I passed by the front desk. I will definitely be booking again in the future when I’m in the area.

Great place to stay! Staff were kind and helpful. Close to shopping and restaurants. Inside was clean. Room was absolutely amazing. Comfortable bed, soft sheets, fluffy pillows. Shower/bathroom clean and fully stocked with towels and other helpful items. Microwave and coffee pot worked. An amazing stay! I will stay here again!
