Staybridge Suites Miami Doral Area, an IHG Hotel

Worse and the worse everything in our room was broken. Ventilation wasn’t working and the breakfast was horrible. At the day of checking out they just tell us OK when we complaining about the service. none of the trashcan had trash bag. The AC was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The refrigerator was so loud. Everything in the room was old and the carpet smell like a wet dog. Over the price hotel, garbage breakfast bad service rude kitchen staff. And no one speak English.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the type of room I had booked did not have availability, the front desk very kindly apologized for the inconvenience and indicated that he would give me an upgrade which I accepted without problems. But when I entered the room, unfortunately I had a strong smell of marijuana, which made my wife and daughter uncomfortable. I changed our room for another one even smaller than my original selection and the sofa bed was not lying down. The only thing I highlighted was the breakfast included, it was very good, the attention of the breakfast girl was excellent. Maybe I wouldn’t go back to this hotel again

A very neat and clean room in a silent location. Loved it during my stay on a business trip. Infact Felix at front desk was so good, so sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend the property and will book again.

Thanks for a decent stay. The front desk staff is awesome, Footie went above and beyond to help us thru check-in and anything else we needed, he is great. The rest of the staff was wonderful. The property is a bit dated, breakfast was decent if you get an early start. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are a little dated and smaller than other Staybridge Suites that I've stayed in. We had a small issue upon arrival but the team solved it in less than 15 minutes by putting us in another room. Long Uber back to Miami for entertainment ($100 round trip) so I'm not sure my strategy to stay further out from Miami to save on a hotel worked out, but that was my original idea. That said, plenty of places to eat in Doral and it was good for one night. Easy trip to the airport. Overall great visit. Most negative thing was just the age of the room but it wasn't a big deal.
