Staybridge Suites Naples - Marco Island, an IHG Hotel

This was absolutely a great place to stay. From the friendly staff to the tasty food. All were extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend! The rooms are equipped with everything - the warm water pool in yeh cool weather with the nice fireplace! This was a superb stay for me!

Great hotel for families-we had a two bedroom/two bathroom suite that worked perfectly for our family of 5. Loved having the kitchen, large fridge, and microwave with a family. Nice breakfast every morning included with your stay. Pool was great-heated well and the family enjoyed some swim time. There is no hot tub unfortunately. Nice fire pit to sit by in the evening. Great location if exploring the Naples/Marco Island area! A few things to consider: 1) We purchased beach chairs at a local retailer to use while on our vacation (we flew in and so basically purchased just for our stay in lieu of paying the ridiculous prices to rent on the beach). At the end of the trip we found out the hotel has some for use by guests (and in fact they accepted ours to keep for other guests because we couldn’t take them on the flight home anyway). I wish the hotel would have mentioned they had chairs for guests to use if needed upon check-in as this would have been a big plus and saved us from buying. We learned our lesson to always ask too. 2) The windows in the hotel rooms are filthy. Badly in need of window washing-you can barely see out the windows. 3) They have a really nice little tiki bar that serves drinks but the hours aren’t good.

Rooms were very nice, but received no maid service Saturday or sunday. Front desk told me that was normal and made me go to the front desk for towels. Breakfast was included but pretty bad. Pre-made omelets with nothing in them but scrambled liquid egg is a new one. Sausage was not edible, but bacon was ok. Coffee was decent. Great location though and cool pool area with bar and fire pit.

Absolutely amazing time at this condo in Naples! Great service and everyone was super sweet. The bartender Kenji was the best. They made us free sandwiches and hummus platters at the tiki bar. All kinds of events were planned! We had so much fun. Our room was super clean, spacious bathroom and shower, and the kitchen had everything we could need. Parking is free and we were about a 20 min drive to Marco island where we saw the most beautiful sunset on the beach.

We had a great stay at this hotel during a conference. We were able to bring our dog and had a nice sized room with a king bedroom, living room and kitchen. The location was fantastic. There was a nice area with sidewalks to walk my dog. I felt very safe walking her and we even saw an alligator in the lake. There is also a Starbucks within walking distance. Service was good and they offer a free breakfast which is okay. They had eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. so a lot more than a many hotels. Quality is what you would expect for a free breakfast. Parking was easy and free. The only reason for not giving them a 5 start rating is that the stairwell was across the hall from my room and employees were smoking in the stairwell. I could smell the smoke in the hallway and my room. And, there were cigarette butts everywhere. I had to come home and wash all my clothes because everything smelled like smoke.
