I have been here a few times but the last time I went an employee was rude. I have a 2006 Kia that is a work car, my husband drove it to make it easier get around. Well when we was coming back from the store we came through and went to our camper just to get out and see a staff member behind us asking for our pass. It was in our window… he was extremely rude with a bad attitude. Told us after seeing our pass that we needed to always stop at the gate. Like no I never stoped before when staying here. I have a really nice Tahoe that they never stoped. They seen our car and judged us by it. We had 1 more day to stay but after that we left! We packed everything up and left right after that encounter. I will never be back. And come find out this staff member has been rude to other people as well.

Our family reunion was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the campground's accommodating owner/manager and staff. However, the older nighttime security officer on duty Saturday night could have been more polite and personable. All and all great expierence at this campground.

We stayed at Steel Creek for the first time this past week. The campground is beautiful and the sites are decently spacious. We didn't feel cramped. The beach and river access is top notch. I was really impressed with the entire campground, except...the bathrooms and bath houses, they were terrible. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst and 10 being the best, I'd give them a 2.5.

I love it .except the wifi connections we stayed at b site and never had a signal so no phones no TV, they really need to invest in boosters for the internet then I could give them a 5 +++ rating

My family and I have spent the past 4 months at the campground. We have had a wonderful experience. The staff has been so helpful and supportive. The facilities are clean and well kept. The grounds are expertly groomed weekly. Overall this has been a pleasant, fun filled experience! I will definitely be coming back next year!!
