Customer Reviews
It is truly heartwarming to see just how amazing small acts of kindness and understanding can make such a big difference in our lives. It's these moments that remind us of the strength in community and compassion.
To describe this park as a glorified homeless encampment would not be inaccurate. Between the constant sirens, junkyard type "campsites" of permanent vehicles, wandering tomcats and tied up dogs, this may not be what you are looking for. The people, however, are extremely friendly and helpful. We decided within a hour of setting up that this was not for us, but had already driven 7 hours. We found a much better facility the next day, but had to wait until the following weekend to move. We kept to ourselves, and the blinds down. Warning. They do not give refunds. It wasn't until after they had taken payment for the month, that they informed us that the pool was out of order at least until end of summer, the gate partially worked and was transitioning to a new system, the grill area out of order. We never even bothered to go to the laundry facilities, but I would not get hopes too high. We were warned not to walk at night or in the surrounding area. This is a trailer park filled with friendly, down on their luck people. It is not a place for vacationers or even business travelers.
The reviews are right it is not in a great neighborhood. It is not a place where I would take my family but we're too very travelers who needed a week off of the road it was perfect for us. It's a three minute drive to a very safe area more importantly the cement walls and the barbed wire above coupled with the electric gate made us feel very safe inside the walls. Mostly year-round residence made very friendly neighbors and only add to the feeling of comfort. I cannot remember the gentleman's name but our host was very friendly and down to earth. It's been 10 minutes from a major shopping district with department stores, and awesome national major chains. I will definitely stay there again.
Very nice RV Court to stay in, clean laundry facility, gated community, clean restrooms. Friendly tenets. The owners are very friendly and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much.
This place was a cool stay - we stayed 3 months on a weekly basis - it was nice and we had a great spot next to the bathhouse (and garbage) it was a sketchy neighborhood outside the gates and for us close to the freeway- it was fine as this is the standard for RV parks - for sure it is more of a long term kind of place - but they were able to do daily and weekly - great stay don’t let the park fool you from the outside! Will have to add photos later
