Had the pleasure of staying at the Stillwater Campgrounds for several days. Doug was more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had everything to make me feel right at home. The surroundings were stunning from the river, trees and the big blue sky. There was more than plenty to do while there. Kayaking, paddle board, fish or just relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. I met some amazing new friends while sitting around a campfire visiting. Also met the camp cat and dogs. This place is truly amazing while being pet friendly and very accommodating. I definitely recommend Stillwater Campground for the best get away. I know I will be back! Thank you for everything!

Stayed at Stillwater Getaway. We had no reservation, just tried our luck looking for a place to camp overnight. Potential for a nice campground. Mostly tent campers but they also have tents and cabins to rent. There is room for rv's/campers but the area is closer to the highway and is not kept up. Additionally, fee was $40 for no services at the site other than semi-formal firepit. They do have a mess kitchen on site and a communal firepit gathering area. The dock is in poor shape. They say they rent canoes or kayaks but nothing looked like it was used in a long time. Absolutely love the lake. We put our canoe in down the road beside the Stillwater Bar.
