We’ve been RV’ing for about 10 years and Stillwater is one of the overall best places we have ever stayed. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff, they are all super friendly and helpful! We have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant and everything we ate was great! The activities are great and karaoke on Friday nights is so much fun! The pools were clean and not overcrowded and the lazy river flows really well. The pads are concrete and nice size with a picnic and good size yards. Laundry room/shower house is very big with several showers and everything is very well kept.
Awesome place! We enjoyed the adult pool swim up bar - buckets of beer, mixed drinks etc. The lazy river is awesome too. There is another family pool as well. Also a small lake with a water obstacle course. In the main building there is a coffee bar, small indoor bar/restaurant area with seating outside if you like. I also used the fitness room, dumbbells, pull-up/dip stand, treadmill, stair stepper and stationary bike. There is also a game room with video arcade type games, fooseball table & pool tables. On the other side of the park there are the showers & laundry area. The park was big enough to maneuver our 45ft fifth wheel with no problems. Large pull through spaces were long enough for our trailer and tow vehicle. Staff was awesome and friendly. We will be back!
RV's are packed in like sardines. Adult pool is quite small and appears to be mostly for drinking. Kids everywhere....in the streets, in your camp site....everywhere. Young kids (like 10 yrs old) driving golf carts filled with even younger kids. Crazy place. No shade at all. Don't even get me started on the prices. Food is greasy junk food and terribly overpriced. So just under $400.00 for 3 nights BEFORE food and drink. Front desk personal were young and not very accommodating. When I asked for a menu for the restaurant (attached to the lobby), I was told to walk over and grab a menu and take a picture. Customer service needs some improvement. The reservation amount and the taxes added up to $342.61. We were charged $383.22 with no explanation for the additional $40.39. Would not go back. Reservation Amount: $314.97 Taxes $27.64 Grand Total $383.22
We loved our first stay at Stillwater RV Resort. It was Spring Break week for our grandchildren and we brought them with us. They played outside most of the time and were super excited when they opened the pool a day early as we thought we would miss the opportunity for them to get to swim. Loved the RV spaces. While this place doesn’t have the activities for kids that the “Bear” (iykyk) resort had, I actually liked it better. The kids were able to ride their scooters on concrete roads and not gravel areas. The playground was great for them and entertained them the majority of the time. Quiet, peaceful and a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We will definitely come back.
This is a great resort for many reasons. Awesome service, very clean, friendly staff. They always have something social going on which is a great way to engage and meet people. The Wibit course is a blast, pool and lazy river were perfect temperature. The clubhouse has plenty to keep you entertained and is a nice reprieve from the heat!
