I'm not impressed with this campground. 🙁 It's much larger than the previous campgrounds but the roads are terrible. The sites are very rough and muddy. 😖There's no gravel site surfaces here. The sites are bigger than the previous park and there's more room between them. The camping spots down on the river are huge. But, very inconsiderate locals. 🤬Using their generators outside of the published hours. Kids running all over the place, through your campsites, playing ball,🏀 riding scooters. Bouncing balls on what's left of the paved roads. 😣 Making noise after midnight, shining flashlights 🔦at the campers in the middle of the night. 🙈 I suppose that is a weekend getaway for the locals and they just let their kids do whatever.😡 But I wouldn't come back to visit..... Truth is the parents aren't any better behaved 😩

Very quiet and easy to book campground due to its location close to Letchworth state park/Watkins Glen state park. The gorge trail is nice with a natural swimming pool and several waterfalls alone the way. Just wish it had more electric sites and newer bathhouses. The road to the campground could use some improvements.

Some of the nicest waterfalls and trails on a state park! Awesome camp sites and decent showers, they don't have power but we still managed to get through the weekend and had an amazing time. 45$ for the whole weekend wasn't bad.

Helpful info on firewood below! We’ve stayed here at the campground a bunch of times now (cabins & tent sites) over the last few years. It’s a good-to for our family! Well maintained grounds, cabins are new and in excellent condition. No electricity heat or lights in the cabin, so plan accordingly. Each has 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. You cannot buy firewood within the campground itself. There is some for sale just outside the entrance at one of the homes right there, but the pieces are small and overpriced imho. Go north on 36 about 1.5 miles (past the main entrance trance to the park itself) until you get to K’s Canine & Tri-County Family Medicine. Directly across from them is consistently good firewood for sale. See pictures! And if you forgot cash you can VENMO them! 👏🏼

Very nice well kept campground with access to trails that lead to the State Park. After a rain the brook flows high and the water can be heard rushing past.
