My parents have rented in this close-knit trailer park since the 90's. You're next to the water on the small, but ever-scenic serenity of one Lovesick Lake. I grew up here all 25 years. The memories and friendships I've forged will last a lifetime. Recently bought out, we are now managed by the neighboring trailerpark--adjacent the highway, entrenched in the Kawartha wilderness. Under the new name, Burleigh Beach Resort.
Trashy trailer park. Management is greedy and or ignorant of ecological concerns on the lake. With a new 2016 land purchase they are endeavoring to over populate the area. Lovesick Lake, a very small lake, and it's ecology will suffer (and already has). Not recommended for any reason, please avoid.
I have been at strikers for 31 years I think it's a great resort my 5 children spent their summers here and have great memories
Beautiful hidden spot with amazing views. Awesome swimming, hiking, fishing, etc. Cant wait to go back!
