I don’t know why everyone stays at the grounds along the interstate - it’s so loud and crowded. This place is only a mile up one road, has beautiful overlooks, cabins galore, and all the facilities you need. The manager is super friendly and informative, communal spaces are clean and up to date, and it’s so much quieter to get some sleep. I’ve been here twice on my ways through on travel, and I will be back! Thanks again for the restful sleep!
Beautiful veiw, but super windy. Not one tree for shade. Was amazing till they were packed, and then it was chaos. Camp ground people were nice , but we bought meals through them, and they didn't honor them. Would not give us a refund and was rude when the whole thing was on them, not us. Would go to that camp ground again No!!! Edit for management, yes we were told that we could uae them that night. They even said brakfast on them. The problem was the MANAGEMENT didnt inform us till the day we were set to leave. And on top of that the said at their private bar/ restaurant. We were gone before they Even opened. WHAT PART OF BREAKFAST WAS HARD TO UNDERSTAND? BE BETTER HUMANS!
I'm not sure why you would stay anywhere else in Sturgis. The campground is beautiful with nearly 360 degree views. Jen & Nick and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay for a weekend or host an event.
Stayed in cabin, convenient location. The bedding is as nice as you bring with you. My only issue was being down the hill from a highly traveled dirt road...
Clean, quiet, pool, food for the rally. Nick and Jennifer are great host. They go way above to make sure things are right. I'm a repeat camper here
