Suburban MH & RV Park

The Park is affordable, peaceful and friendly as well as being ideally located. I have lived in the park for 4 years. It was a bit rundown and old when we moved in, however it was what we could afford. It went from bad to worse for a while, though it is improving now. I rarely write reviews however this newest manager has done so much to improve the park that I think she deserves recognition by name Crystal Santiago is the best thing to happen to this park since we moved in back in 2020. Strict but fair, she is personable and professional.

Quiet and peaceful setting. Close to downtown,churches and shopping. Friendly neighbors. Management and staff are friendly and attentive. Rules are enforced for all residents to insure safety and continuity . Dogs are allowed if they are under 30 lbs and not on the aggressive breed list. This is a 55+ park. The RV portion of the park have recently upgraded to 50 amp service.

I have had family members living in this park for years! Located right outside the busy parts of Ocala, making travel time to necessary shopping quick and easy. Neighbors are friendly and eager to help my ailing family member since she lives alone. Trailers are older but rent is affordable.

Great place for people 55+. Rv accessible, connections for plumbing and electric. Office and re room available.

Great community living the mobile home and RV lifestyle. Affordable lot rent and mobile homes with handicap accessible ramps available. Visit the office to check availability. The picture are of the mobile home we bought for our father who unfortunately passed away just recently.
