Stayed here 2 years ago. This year the park looks kinda shabby with junkyard trailers everywhere. Fences around full timers falling down, wood pallets used as decks. Junk everywhere. Our space this year is so close to the one next door I can tell you the conversation. But, location and pool are good.

Great family run campground with great amenities. Staff is pleasant and always ready to help. Sites are gravel/sand but level. Some complained it's tight but we've seen worse. Good power, water and sewer at the site. We did not try the cable but I hear it was good. Wifi was good for the usual surfing but too slow for streaming. There is an upgrade available for that or use your data. The pool and tiki bar are a great place to hang out with lots of loungers. They have a large communal fire pit that was pretty busy on Saturday night. Washroom and showers have been updated and are kept very clean. All in all, we found it to be a great place to camp.

quaint little campground with lots of residents or long term renters. very quiet. clean. nice pool. office staff are very helpful. Location is great. you could walk to grocery, drugstore, and dozens of restaurants. Convenient to beachside as well (not far from the bridge on 44)

We stayed in a cabin while visiting my parents ray and sandy quick. It is such a nice place lots of things to do and very friendly people. I absolutely love it there and my parents did also. I am hoping to make it back down there soon

I'd love to rate this higher because the staff were great. This RV park is mostly seasonal and permanent residents. It has a lot of amenities. Nice pool, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. The playground is decent but could use a good cleaning. This park is very natural. No concrete, no gravel, and very little grass. Just sandy dirt. We travel with dogs and that made for a constant mess. It would be much worse when it rains. Also, there is almost no lighting at night, which made dog walking tricky.
