This is the 3rd time we have been to Sugar Sands in Gulf Shores. I want to say it is one of our favorite places on the Gulf Coast. We are part of a Rally group called Gulf Coasters RV Rally. I cannot say enough good things about this resort! The people whom run this location are the nicest and most helpful people that we have met. As a large group, they have been extremely accommodating. We usually have at least 20-24 coaches for our annual Christmas Weekend. Their clubhouse is completely decorated for Christmas and so festive.! They make it very easy to have our party and meetings in the clubhouse. One time we stayed in one the tiny homes they have on site and thoroughly enjoyed that also. Beautiful pool and nicely kept camp grounds.i would definitely recommend this place to any RV people who want a bit of a safe and well- kept place to spend some time.

Fantastic small RV Resort very close to the beach in Gulf Shores/Orange Harbor. Stayed here a month in April, 2024, back again now month of Nov. Extremely clean park with full concrete pads wide with good privacy. office staff Mandi so very helpful!! we are already booked for April, 2025. This area of Alabama is so warm and welcoming with lots to do....

We love Sugar Sands RV Resort!!! The cleanliness of the campground along with how well managed the resort is. Great family friendly atmosphere with lots of amazing amenities for both kids and adults. The location is perfect for us. We plan on coming again as snowbirds in the future.

Such an awesome little place for a family getaway! We stayed in seashore2 tiny home and enjoyed every minute of it! Very very clean and up to date on everything. The towels and washcloths were freshly washed (you could smell the detergent still on them, so they weren’t just sitting in a cabinet long) staff & all guest were very friendly! Our family doesn’t have one bad thing to say. We would def be back & highly recommend!

This was our first time here but won’t be the last. We booked 7 days with a 40 ft class an and a tow. We also travel with our dog. I can’t say enough about how nice the park is. Every lot is concrete and level. Utilities are a snap. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The park is very well ran and cared for. I strongly recommend that you visit this place when you are in the area. You won’t be disappointed!
