45 minutes of unsigned 4x4 road and a river to cross to get there. Campground without a view. Just trees. Toilet super meh, with spiders everywhere. If you want to be by yourself maybe good.
Beautiful and unique in the area. Worth having to plan ahead to visit for the experience camping there and hiking nearby. Need a 4x4 for sure if rain is in the forecast or recent. Bring hammocks and rain flys!
Rustic. 4x4 access only. Bumpy. One lane road. Port a potties.
It‘s a horrible road to get there (definitely 4W Drive only) and about 50m before arriving after a 5km super bumby and slippery ride there was a huge water stream that we couldn’t pass. So no chance of getting to the campground in the rainy season.
4x4 only road, get a permit if you want to camp. Good spot for a hammock, Great experience. 💯
