Overall the campground has potential. The sites were nice, bring long hose to hook up though as it’s the opposite side of sewer hook up. We stayed here because we were told the heated pool would be open. It wasn’t opened until our last full day there with a different excuse each time, levels weren’t right, it was cloudy etc. It was not very warm and neither were the showers. The owner seems to be unprofessional yelling at his staff reporting something in the pool skimmer in front of a pool filled with kids. The play ground needs to be updated, broken toys, broken swings, missing rope to keep kids from falling off the bridge. The playground was covered in trash the first day, I picked it up. Came down the second day same thing, went to the office to report and got a trash bag and cleaned it again along with asking the children to put their trash in the bag, retuned the next day to the bag gone and trash all over it again. Nice pavilion with activities each day. Overall we had a good weekend but probably wouldn’t return.

Gives the appearance of a cult. The owner is very rude to clients when asked for anything. Changes the rules depending on his mood. It's not the best family atmosphere. Adults drinking and driving gulf carts. Rule states no children to drive golf carts, and yet the cults children can and do. There's not much here for recommending.

I really enjoy this campground. Depending upon what you're camping in ( tent, pop-up, trailer, etc) they usually can find a spot for you. Some sites are spacious from one another. Others are on top of each other. Activity schedule looks interesting & I plan to partake in some of the activities. Nice to see enthusiasm & involvement of campers in the events. Experience would be better if campers would observe the quiet hour rules. (11pm is one of THE latest quiet hour starting times I've ever seen at a campground. Usually it's 10 pm) Guess I need to drink some brandy so I can fall asleep better. 😉
