Customer Reviews
We had a good week here but this park is really not what you would expect from a Sun Outdoors. Gravel, uneven and tight. Weird positioning of the utilities near the front of the site as well. We did have an extra wide spot down on the back fence and we definitely appreciated the extra space, but most of the park is extremely cramped. Very expensive for what it was. Location is good, views of the rock walls all around and conveniently located next door to a brewery and across the road from a good coffee shop. Nice pool and spa area. Our evenings there were ruined by a neighbor who had sensor flood lights on all sides of her ‘tiny home’. Flood lights came on as soon as we walked out the door and spoilt any chance at seeing the stars or just enjoying the evenings. Complained a couple of times to management - they said they could not do anything about it. Having flood lights directed at your camper from your next door neighbor in a place like this is probably the most obnoxious behavior we have come across in over 14 months on the road and 100+ camp sites. Would not go back.
Office people were top-notch! Helpful and very kind. The laundry room was good. The bathrooms were beautifully done. Our only complaint was that there was never any hot water for showers. We tried different times of day and it didn't matter, always lukewarm or cold.
Thank you so much for accommodating us in your RV park as we were in a bind. Katie was extremely helpful and found us two RV spots and additional parking for our son's truck and trailer. This RV spot has clean sites with full hookups and friendly staff. Also has a dog park to accommodate our four legged loved ones. Bathrooms/shower facilities also very clean. I recommend staying at the RV park and will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much.
We stayed for 8 nights in a “Premium Wide” RV site. Incredibly friendly staff. We appreciated the “wide” option for a little extra breathing room. The regular sites looked very close together. The dog parks are small with artificial grass.. but that’s better than rocks and our dogs got used to it. The facilities were very nice, especially the bathrooms/showers. The hookups were rather unusual compared to most. They were all really far forward (especially the fresh water). For a motorhome it meant we needed twice as much hose and sewer. Overall, we would come here again.
Mixed bag. Good, clean bathroom facilities. Friendly staff. Terribly tight camping spots. Narrow and short. We had to put the picnic table seats under our camper to be able barely step over our neighbor’s sewer, electric and water line. Our canopy and their slide had to be positioned to overlap. Terrible WIFI unless you wanted to pay extra for streaming. We left one day early but managed would not refund (did offer a voucher for this one campground) in spite of there being 99% capacity every night we were there. Would not return or recommend.
