Great place to stay. Company owned park models are great. If you have an issue they have their own maintenance crew to fix any issues promptly. Very friendly staff. They make you feel welcomed. Renting from a private owner is at you own risk. Owners don't respond very quickly. You get what you pay for when you rent from Sun Outdoors.
The only thing i can't give 5 stars is because I wish the spaces were a little bigger. But the place has it going on!!!! Good place for any age. It's busy and filled with life things to do daily. I'm glad we found space here. I always loved Siesta Key, and now I can add Lido Key to it as well.
My parents own a place in this facility. They love the community. My kids love visiting because of the big pool, hot tubs, and slide.
The pool and slide were so much fun. It is a really great park. We only stayed for a week but I would like to go back. I have not been there since Hurricane Milton.
We stayed here for 4 nights in October 2024. After Hurricane Helene and before Hurricane Milton. We enjoyed our stay here. There are amenities and activities galore. This place is huge, almost 190 acres I believe, and we explored most of it, which took forever. All staff were friendly. If you're staying in the Sarasota area, this is the place to stay. That said, it's a bit pricey, given that some of the sites and roads are a bit run down and in need of maintenance. They do not pick up trash here, unlike Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach.
