This was our 1st time camping with Sun Retreats in Avalon. It was a great camp site, we stayed right by the lake. It was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The playground, basketball court, volleyball court, and open space for playing were great. There were many children playing, riding bikes, fishing, and just being kids. The camp is safe and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They have a convention hall, snack bar, general store, laundry, and shower facilities. The sites are large, and the roads are set up to allow for easy pull thru and back in sites if you're a travel trailer / RV camper. I highly recommend this site. We had a great time.

Amazing place, very clean, well maintained, all of the staff members are super nice and friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is just wonderful. We stayed in a cottage, I would say the cottage is perfect for 4 persons and has all you need. I took antibacterial wipes just in case to wipe surfaces in the house but actually everything looked and felt so clean that I didn't even use them. When a cleaning team was working in a cottage next to ours they asked if we needed any supplies or anything at all, it was so nice and friendly! We really enjoyed everything here, our kids had amazing time and tried lots of new activities. The swim lake lifeguard was great and very caring! I hope we will come back! Thank you for the great experience.

Hi. I am so sorry that I mistakenly rated your facility. We were just down for the day and we loved your resort. It was beautiful, well-maintained and so much to do there . I was almost overwhelmed with the organized activities. Loved it!

It was a really nice clean modern cottage we stayed in, but $392 final price per night is too much money. Will probably go the air bnb route if we go to this area again. The drive to the beach from there is 12 minutes, and we were able to easily park close to the ocean each time we went in

Was the worse experience. Oh the grounds were nice but, Our bed cover was torn, no stove we were suppose to have a griddle in room and nothing and only 1 pot and 1 pan. Ant in cabinets had to get bug traps. We were suppose to be there from Monday to Thursday but left Tuesday at 9:30 pm and headed home. Not happy.
