We enjoyed our cabin at Sun Valley it was towards the end of the season the location was near so many areas of interest On Saturday evening there was a band we had a issue at the cabin staff came out and took care of the issue. Staff communication was excellent. I enjoyed the flower boxes on the porch at added a cozy home feel there was firewood at camp store and a ice cream freezer for snack small fishing pond Remember bring your linens There's full size refrigerator that I liked in the cabin we rented was stool style kitchen seats I have bad back so maybe bring a chair your comfortable in . There's a small TV so can relax at night . Will book again has a full bathroom shower and toilet and fire ring
Thirteen year seasonal member. My whole family loves this place. Great activities, atmosphere and friendly people. We stay almost every weekend over the season. Love my home away from home and especially my garden.
This is near a race track which I am sure you could here on a race weekend. Staff was friendly. The heater on the pool was broken. Very nice dog park and lots of bags to pick up dog waste which was great. One problem was the camper next to us smoke alarm low battery alarm was going off which became annoying. Sites were mainly level and semi spacious. No service with Verizon. I did not see a playground
Spent one night while traveling. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Treat: a small food truck brought hot dogs, fries, etc on the weekend. The site was on a hill and a little tricky. The signs on the campsites around were alarming however all the sites had the same sign which meant that it must have been a joke. Most of the sites were full-timers. Laundry facilities were limited with no place to stay while waiting for laundry. Small fishing lake which some children were using as we were leaving.
Overall the campground is good. The pool heater was not working the only time we used the pool. The area is beautiful. We were in 725. The website says pull through. The problem is that a large rv cannot pull through. We have a 41 foot 5th wheel and had to go around and back in. A 45 foot class A came into 724 and had to do the same thing. Lot 726 had 2 separate similar issues with their 40 foot rigs. The lack of a decent angle prevented any pull throughs for big rigs. And the gravel roads were a little tough. Staff is friendly and helpful.
