Wonderful stay at this brand new campground. Great location just minutes off I95. Super helpful and friendly hosts. All sites are FHU and everything worked as expected. Most sites are offset from each other giving it a more spacious feel. Very nice playground for the kids and lots of options for the whole family. Short hiking trail is available. Loved the little library on the tree in the play area too!
This was a great campground! We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The owner is very nice and very helpful! There are some great places to eat and see in Santee!
Sunny Days while being only 4 miles from route 95 has many amenities close by. Such as Food Lion (3 1/2miles or Iga 4 1/2 miles ) . plus there are quite a few restaurants within the 5 mile area. At the two seafood places we stopped at "Santee Seafood & steak" we had all you can eat crab legs and at A&A seafood, a small quaint place the fried seafood was not greasy and the place including the silverware was spotless. The waitress "Tasha B" could not do enough for us. While we had quite a bit of rain the beautiful sky afterwards made up for it. If you're traveling north or south on 95 and need a great stop over or just a nice NEW campground this is a must stop . BTW the sites are large with picnic tables and fire rings , and your neighbor is not on top of you . We will definitely make this place a regular.
Sunny Dazy is one of the best campgrounds I've been to. I full time in my RV and move around from state to state. Sunny Days is well maintained, plenty of space between sites, beautiful walking trails, no issues with the utility hookups and a nice getaway from the city. The staff, Logan and Dillon, are genuinely friendly guys who will make sure your is worth it. I highly recommending coming to Sunny Days RV Park to spend time to relax.
Every detail was well thought out at this campground. We’ve stayed at many and this was one of the best leveled and designed sites. Very clean and lots of room. There is a playground and field games for all ages. Our crew had sites 21 and 22 and coming in later than expected. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back!
