We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sunrise Ridge! Since our dogs travel with us, we were grateful for the dog park. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Their restroom/ showers are so nice and big! We happened to be there on the weekend that they catered a meal for all the campers. The Mill Iron Cafe beef sirloin tips and homemade noodles were delicious! Thank you for such a great camping experience. We will definitely stay there again when we're in the area.
Lovely, quiet place. The views are picturesque. Seeing the black hills as you set out of your camper in the morning is priceless. The bathrooms were impeccably clean, and showers were hot. The best shower I had our entire road trip. The owners are very friendly. Highly recommend.
My husband and I needed a place to pull over and spend the night due to the very high winds. We were so lucky to have found this campground at the last minute. What a treasure and so charming with the farm animals. Alicia was so warm, friendly and inviting. If you appreciate the simple things in life, as we do, this campground is perfect! Can’t wait to visit this hidden gem again next year on our way to the Wall.
If you want a great place to stay while in the Black Hills, stay here! Located in the Southern Hills, just north of Hot Springs, you are out of the crowds but close to everything. The campground is very well maintained and the owners, Alicia and Josh are the BEST! Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Sunrise Ridge Campground.
We enjoyed our stay. It was close to Custer State park and more places. Sites were nice. Able to put up pen for our fur baby. Will stay again. Plenty of room for our 43' rv and car.
Owner was absolutely awesome! Gave great recommendations, met me at 7.30pm at night to help book me in for the night, gave me a discount for car camping. Showers were renovated and the best I've ever seen at a campground. Felt like home - HIGHLY recommend!!
