I pulled my camper on 2 lots both flooded and when I pulled my camper off the camp ground I was told I'm not getting my deposit back because I didn't give a 30 day notice and never said or mentioned about that ever when moved my camper there ! there was no contract I ever signed ! it was month to month ! not a yearly contract
I don't understand the bad reviews I live here a little over 2 years Gloria is a very nice lady Joe the manager in my opinion is a saint they try their best to accommodate
I lived here for just over three years before we bought our house. It's a great park and some of the best rates you will find in the area on the water! The owners are great and very easy to work with. Nice and quite area and the property is maintained and is taken very well care of. Whether your looking for a one night stay or long term on the lake I would highly recommend this park!
The owner is a horrible woman who kept my deposit and literally committed a b&e when she came into My trailer without permission while I slept because I didn't answer the door she just walked in. And anytime I had friends over serveral people would harress them about why they were there and who they were with, even if I was standing there too. And race week is the worst as they have no noise curfew. Horrible community of people. The on site maintenance guy almost made up for it but not enough.
The is a local owned single person ran t.v. park .. It's located water front . Main for permanent sites but the lady that owns the place does have short stay lots ... full hookups !! Water pressure EXTREMLY high bit nothing a good regulator can't fix ... so Beware of that ... the docks are nice and boat ramp isn't half bad either .. real easy to deal with by text and really no certain ti.e for checkout which is a plus in my book ... no rushing you to leave... The owner EXTREMLY nice and everyone is extremely nice and quiet so ... best place to get good rest ... no camp store and the lots are tight but not bad for the money !!!
