Sunset King Lake

We stayed for 2 months here and absolutely loved it. The laundromat is clean and spacious! The bath houses are so nice and clean and being in the middle of the park made it super easy to walk to from our camper spot. Our son used the clubhouse almost daily during the summer as well as the pool. The flow of the park is super nice, and the friendly staff made it a place we loved to stay. We will definitely be coming again!

Stayed for over a year! People are wonderful. People watch out for stuff while you're gone, and don't bother you unless it's important. Nice view over the lake. Clean swimming pool, really laundry room. Bathrooms and showers on site for campers and their visitors. Very respectful and reliable 👏

We came to stay for a month while we decided where we wanted to go to. It’s been so amazing here, we ended up staying for 3 months so far and think we’ll just continue to stay! The staff here are so helpful and the long term residents are just so friendly. They keep everything clean and tidy and make sure your stay is the best. The clubhouse is great and the laundry room is a wonderful convenience. They also have a food truck here with a large menu and incredible prices. The owners are the best and will bring your order right to your door. Overall, this has been an amazing experience and I highly recommend this resort. You won’t regret your stay!

Sunset King RV resort was a great place. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our RV spot was level and we didn't have to spend time leveling at all. The WiFi is impressive! The showers are clean with great water pressure. The playground is awesome for kids. The pool and hot tub was a hit for us. They have so much to offer here. The long term residents are so kind. We will definitely be back to this place. It has all the amenities that one could ever need. The lake is beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

First of all, a disclaimer, we did not stay at this park. We did go and took a self-tour. The office people are very friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub, activity center, with lots of things happening, were all very nice and the 3 or 4 people we talked to were very friendly and said nothing but good things about the park. The roads to the lots are very tight. The lots are side by side and very close to each other. For us this was a huge draw back and we like some room between us and the neighbors. We are more custom to staying at state parks and other private RV parks that have more room around you. If being really close to your neighbor's lot is not a big deal this would be a great place to stay I would believe. If you have a dog it does have a "Doggy Park" where you can let you pet run a little and that was one thing we really thought was good about this place. Cost per month was normal in the $600-$700 range +tax & electricity.
